Returns & Refunds policy

WeGoTruck provides a digital profile-sharing service for professional drivers.

By submitting your profile and completing the one-time payment of €14.99, you purchase access to our profile distribution service.

30-Day Contact Guarantee

If you do not receive at least one employer contact within 30 days after your profile has been submitted and approved, you are eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us by email at info@wegotruck.com

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days from the date your profile was shared with employers

We will review your request and process the refund within 7–14 business days if the conditions are met.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You provided incorrect or false information in your application

  • You failed to respond to employer contact attempts

  • You voluntarily withdraw your application after profile distribution

  • You received at least one employer contact within 30 days

Nature of the Service

WeGoTruck is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment.

Our service consists of:

  • Reviewing and processing your driver profile

  • Sharing your profile with transport companies currently hiring

  • Facilitating direct employer contact

Once your profile has been distributed to employers, the service is considered delivered.
